Thirty years of experience across demolition, concrete, environmental remediation, and insurance restoration — and we're licensed for all of it. We're a Florida Certified General Contractor with a state asbestos license, which means we handle projects end-to-end that most companies have to sub out in pieces. One team, one standard, start to finish.
What areas do you serve?
Mako is based in Florida and serves commercial and residential clients across the state. We came to Florida in the wake of Hurricane Ian and have been operating here since. For larger projects, we'll travel.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Mako holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license (CGC 1537029) and a Florida Asbestos License (CJC1154441). We carry comprehensive liability and workers' comp coverage on every project and provide certificates of insurance before work begins.
